Free shipping on purchases over $199 for Canadian residents only. Our carriers include Canada Post and Canpar for domestic orders, and DHL/UPS for international orders.
In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days, and you will be notified if any delays have occurred.
If some orders are out of stock or back ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated time of arrival.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties.
Customers are responsible for any and all extra charges from duty/customs. If the customer refuses to accept delivery due to extra charges, Drumland reserves the right to have the shipment returned or discarded by the delivery service. There will be no refund given for the purchase or for shipping costs.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, to and from Drumland.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from us (eg. free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
