What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can you provide me an ETA on an out of stock product?

Yes! Please email info@drumland.com with the product you're looking for and we'll get back to you with an ETA.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund within 7 days. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes we do! We are committed to offering the best value to our customers. That’s why we proudly offer a Price Match Guarantee under the following conditions:

  1. Canadian Retailers Only: We match prices from competitors based in Canada. The competitor must operate a legitimate retail store or e-commerce website.
  2. Identical Products: The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications. It must also be in stock and available for purchase at the competitor's store or website.
  3. Proof of Pricing: To request a price match, provide proof of the competitor's lower price (e.g., a flyer, website link, or receipt).
  4. Exclusions:
  • Price matching is not available for clearance, liquidation, or out-of-business sales.
  • The policy does not apply to third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace) or private sellers.

Payment Options

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and more for online purchases. In-store, we also accept cash and tap payments.

Can I finance my purchase or pay in instalments?

Yes, we offer financing options for qualifying purchases. Check out our 0% Financing page in the main menu for more details!

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Yes, Gift cards purchased from our website are delivered electronically by email and are redeemable online and in-store.

Physical gift cards purchased at Drumland are redeemable in-store only.

What is the cost for repair services?

Do you offer drum lessons?

Yes, we offer professional drum lessons for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Whether you're starting out or looking to refine your technique, we can help!

How do I sign up for lessons?

Are lessons available for beginners or specific skill levels?

Absolutely! Our lessons are tailored to your skill level, whether you're a complete beginner, an intermediate player looking to improve, or an advanced drummer seeking specialized techniques.

What styles of drumming do you teach?

Our instructors can teach a wide range of styles. You can learn more about our instructors by visiting the "Lessons" menu. Alternatively, you can let us know your preferred style, and we’ll pair you with the right instructor.

Do you provide the drums for lessons?

Yes, all the equipment needed for lessons is provided at our studio. However, we recommend bringing your own drumsticks to practice with the gear you're comfortable using.

What is the cost of lessons?

Lesson prices vary based on session length and frequency. Visit our Lessons page or contact us for detailed pricing and package options.

Can I purchase a gift card for lessons?

Yes! Gift cards for lessons are available and make a great gift for aspiring drummers. Purchase online or in-store.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How does shipping work?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is the "Require Signature" field in the cart

This option lets us know if you'd like a signature required upon delivery, or not. If you're not sure, select "No" or reach out to us via email or phone.

Insurance on Shipping

When your order exceeds $200 insurance will be added along with requiring a signature upon delivery.

In the cart section, please select "Yes, require signature" before checking out!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on purchases over $199 for Canadian residents only. This excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut, and any non-metropolitan areas as designated by Canada Post and Canpar Express/UPS. 

Drumland reserves the right to apply shipping charges to any order that does not meet the qualifications, particularly for remote locations.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your Refund Policy?

AnsweOur return policy expires after seven (7) days. If seven days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to ship to us, you must contact the store for a Return Authorization Number first. Shipped returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Return Authorization Number from Drumland.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

No refunds on books, CD's, DVD's, VHS tapes, software.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

I haven't received my refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@drumland.com.

Can I return sale items or special orders?

Only regular priced items may be refunded (within seven (7) days of purchase), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Special order and web order cancellations are subject to a twenty-five (25) percent restocking charge.

Can I exhange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@drumland.com and send your item to Drumland.

My order was a gift, can I still return?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Our carriers include Canada Post, Canpar and UPS for domestic orders, and DHL/UPS for international orders. 

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Please contact us ASAP and we'll help you through the process. *Please contact us first before returning items to Drumland, or it will be refused. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returned items. Please visit our REFUND POLICY page for more details.

How long until I receive my order?

Our carriers include Canada Post, UPS and Canpar for domestic orders, and DHL/UPS for international orders. 

In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days, and you will be notified if any delays have occurred.

If some items are out of stock or back ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated time of arrival. 

Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is ready to ship.

Duties and other charges

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties. Customers are responsible for any and all extra charges from duty/customs. If the customer refuses to accept delivery due to extra charges or for any other reason, Drumland reserves the right to have the shipment returned or discarded by the delivery service. There will be no refund given for the purchase or for shipping costs

Drumland reserves the right to refuse shipping orders due to supplier agreements and policies, destination qualifications or any other condition that is subject to final approval from Drumland.

What kinds of products do you sell?

We specialize in all things drums! Our inventory includes drum kits, cymbals, snare drums, percussion instruments, drum hardware, and a wide range of accessories like drumsticks, drumheads, practice pads and more!

Do you carry specific drum brands (e.g., Yamaha, Zildjian, DW)?

Yes, we carry top drum brands like Yamaha, DW, Zildjian, Pearl, Tama, Sabian, and more. Check out our product pages for the full range of brands we stock.

Do you sell used drums?

We occasionally have a selection of high-quality used or refurbished drum kits and gear. Please contact us for more details.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes! Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Specific details vary by brand, so check the product listing or contact us for warranty information on your purchase.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

When shopping our website, you will see a green 'in stock' tab on the product image that indicates if we have that item available at Drumland. After making your purchase, we will ship your in stock item(s) within 1 to 3 business days.

How do I know if a product is out of stock?

'Currently out of stock' means this item not in stock at Drumland, but we will order it right away from our supplier. If our supplier has it available, we can expect delivery to Drumland within five and ten business days. Customers will be notified if longer delays occur (eg. backordered). Also, some items are 'special orders' which means our supplier does not regularly carry the item. Can I trade in my drum gear?

Yes. We will evaluate your gear and determine a fair market price. Please email your pictures to info@drumland.com or visit us in-store.

Do you offer a Lay-A-Way option?
